Labor-only rates cover the crew and equipment — you supply the truck, POD or container. Full-service moves with a truck are performed by our licensed Georgia household goods carrier partner and quoted at the rates they file with the state.
The clock starts when we start working and stops when we're done — not when the truck leaves the yard. No fuel surcharge inside our service area, and we tell you the realistic hour range before you book.
Every crew is background-checked and covered. Moves that involve a truck are handled by our partner carrier, which holds a Georgia Class B Household Goods Certificate and cargo coverage — so your belongings are protected in transit.
Moving pads, shrink wrap, straps, dollies and floor runners come standard — not as line items. Doorframes and banisters get protected before the first box moves.

Your crew shows up on time with pads, wrap, straps and dollies. Floors and doorframes get protected first. Furniture that needs to come apart gets disassembled and the hardware bagged and labeled.
Nothing gets dumped in the garage. We put every box in its room and set furniture where you actually want it, reassemble what we took apart, and do a final walkthrough before the clock stops.
Access is what makes or breaks a North Atlanta move. High-rise and mid-rise buildings in Buckhead and Perimeter Center require reserved freight elevators, certificates of insurance on file, and strict move-in windows — often booked weeks ahead. The large multi-level homes in Milton and Johns Creek are the opposite problem: no elevator rules, but three floors, long driveways and a lot of stairs. We also schedule around GA-400 and I-285, because a truck that leaves at the wrong hour can lose ninety minutes to traffic that you are paying for.
